We believe that teamwork is the cornerstone of success. Through a partnership with like-minded people with a passion for construction, creativity and problem solving, we came together as a team. By working together on numerous commercial and residential projects, we share our experience and expertise with each other, and work towards valuable milestones in increasingly complex projects.
We collaborate directly with clients to uncover their project needs and requirements, and then create an action plan that’s ideal for them.
Our team of professional drafters and designers then work to bring your ideas to life and create a comprehensive outline that is ready for construction.
Once all designs are approved by the client, we are ready to get to work! Our contractors will work tirelessly to execute the job and create a finished project that exceeds expectations.
In 2017 I opened Yakov Design, a residential design and architectural firm in Los Angeles that provided floor plans, drafting services, and permitting for new construction and remodeling projects. In my past work, I found that it was extremely difficult to come across good quality contractors that I could depend on and refer to clients. I decided to open Yakov Build, and work towards providing a full-service construction company that handles everything from start to finish.
I met many professionals who shared the same idea as me, and we started working together, combining our experience, and growing with every project. With time and countless projects along the way, a team of professional drafters, designers, and expeditors, joined by professional contractors and engineers was formed.
I fulfilled my goal of providing a complete construction solution to clients, but I couldn’t have done it without great colleagues and partners.
My natural affinity towards analytical thinking drove me to pursue a career in structural engineering. With dedication, I was able to set my path towards working in various construction fields on diverse projects. The extensive experience I gained in commercial and residential projects equipped me with the problem-solving skills to approach every issue from multiple angles.
Along the way, I met Yakov, and we started working together towards our common goals in creating better, more efficient projects. I enjoy finding the optimal solution, and my mission is to ensure that all projects are optimized towards the best possible outcome. I quickly found my place with the colleagues in the team Yakov was building. The experience I’ve gained while working as a group has been the most valuable. Seeing what a difference we can make together helped me set further goals for myself.
My current mission is to help our clients bring their construction ideas to the ideal version in reality, and uphold the highest engineering standards in my field.
Thanks to our contractors, colleagues, and business partners, our team is constantly growing not only in manpower, but in skills and value. We have assembled professionals from various fields to help us offer residents of Los Angeles a comprehensive service that takes care of all the details and nuances of the construction workflow. We offer to handle the whole process for them, including planning, designing, permitting, construction, inspection, and much more.
